"(6) The rights of sea frontage to extend along
the outer boundary only, which is shown
to be 2,085 feet in length.
"(7) Permission to be given to obtain earth
and stone from Crown Land for the purpose
of carrying out all reclamation, from
places to be defined by the Director of
